What to know before a 60-day GoHouse pilot.
Compact answers about fit, timing, systems, data, review, responsibility, and commercial terms. Open questions are resolved before the scoped workflow is activated.
Fit and timing
What happens during the 60-day pilot?
GoHouse starts in learning mode. The scoped users review early recommendations, adjust message, timing, channel, approval, and escalation choices, and compare the pilot with the measures agreed before it began.
How do we get started?
Submit the short pilot inquiry. We review the website and lead flow, then use a fit call to confirm the scoped users, systems, responsibilities, and next step.
Systems and data
Which systems can GoHouse connect to?
The exact connection is confirmed before the pilot. The Integrations page shows the authentication, permissions, events, write-back, retries, and failure handling that the fit call must resolve.
What data does a pilot need?
Only the systems, events, fields, property or search context, ownership, and conversation context needed for the agreed workflow should be included in the pilot scope.
How are data and provider terms handled?
The applicable data categories, permitted uses, connection boundaries, and provider terms should be documented before customer data is connected. Start with the Security reference and confirm the exact pilot terms.
Review and responsibility
Does GoHouse send messages automatically?
GoHouse starts human governed. Approval can remain required, and a supported workflow may operate with less review only after the realtor has reviewed and approved that operating mode.
Who is responsible for communication consent?
The customer remains responsible for the authority, notices, consent, opt-out handling, professional obligations, and judgment required for each channel, purpose, person, and jurisdiction.
How is traffic quality used?
GoHouse uses an advisory traffic-quality confidence to help distinguish human-leaning activity from likely automation. It is one decision input, not a definitive identity judgment.
Commercial terms
How are pilot fees and scope set?
The included workflow, users, systems, review cadence, responsibilities, measures, fees, and other commercial terms are documented before the pilot begins.
What happens after the pilot?
The parties review the pilot against the agreed measures and decide whether to stop, adjust the scope, or document a paid service. A subscription or broader rollout is not assumed.
Legal terms remain in the Privacy Policy and Terms of Use. Confirm the terms that apply to the proposed pilot during review.
