1. Scope and our role
GoHouse.ai ("GoHouse," "we," "us," or "our") provides real estate AI software for licensed real estate professionals, teams, brokerages, and their authorized staff. This Privacy Policy applies to our websites, classes, pilot programs, software, integrations, and related support services (collectively, the "Service").
For information submitted by a customer or collected from systems the customer connects, including information about prospects, leads, buyers, sellers, and other contacts ("Customer Data"), the customer generally determines why and how that information is used. GoHouse processes Customer Data to provide the Service under the customer's instructions and agreement. For our website, account administration, billing, security, and direct business relationships, GoHouse determines the purposes described in this policy.
2. Information we collect
Business, account, and form information
- Name, business email, phone number, brokerage or team, role, website address, and account credentials.
- Pilot, class, survey, support, and other form responses.
- Contract, billing, subscription, and transaction information. Payment details may be processed by a payment provider rather than stored by GoHouse.
CRM, IDX, property, and lead information
- Contact records, lead source, lifecycle stage, assignments, tags, notes, tasks, and communication preferences.
- Website and IDX activity such as listing views, searches, saves, returns, shares, inquiries, price-change interactions, and tour requests.
- Property and listing context such as addresses, listing identifiers, status, price, features, and related metadata.
Conversation, message, and call information
- Email, text, chat, and call content, delivery status, timestamps, sender and recipient information, replies, and opt-out signals.
- AI-generated drafts, approved or edited messages, action history, reviewer feedback, and outcomes.
- Call audio, recordings, summaries, or transcripts only when a customer enables a feature or integration that collects them and the required notice and consent have been addressed.
Device, usage, and technical information
- IP address, browser, device type, operating system, approximate location, referring page, pages viewed, clicks, and performance or error data.
- Cookies, local storage, pixels, and similar technologies, subject to the choices described below.
3. Where information comes from
We collect information:
- directly from customers, users, website visitors, and people who submit our forms;
- from customer-connected CRM, IDX, website, email, text, calling, calendar, and other systems;
- from authorized service providers and integration partners;
- from public, property, and listing sources when a customer is permitted to use that information; and
- automatically from the website or Service when optional tracking is enabled.
4. How we use information
We use information to:
- provide, configure, support, secure, and troubleshoot the Service;
- connect customer systems and organize relevant lead, property, and conversation context;
- identify changes in buyer or seller activity and recommend a next action, channel, message, timing, approval, or escalation;
- generate, route, and track customer-authorized text, email, call, and CRM task workflows;
- apply customer preferences, approvals, professional standards, consent signals, suppression lists, and other safeguards;
- administer pilots, classes, subscriptions, billing, support, and customer communications;
- measure performance, prevent fraud or abuse, and improve reliability and usability;
- market GoHouse where permitted and according to your privacy choices; and
- comply with law, enforce agreements, and protect rights, safety, and security.
5. Customer Data, communications, and AI
Customers are responsible for deciding which records and systems to connect, confirming that they have the right to provide Customer Data, and setting the communication and approval rules that apply to their business. Customers are also responsible for obtaining and documenting any consent required to call, text, email, record, or otherwise communicate with a person and for honoring opt-outs, revocations, and do-not-contact requests.
GoHouse may send Customer Data and instructions to AI, communications, hosting, and integration providers as needed to provide the requested workflow. AI-generated content can be incomplete or inaccurate. Customers control whether an action is approved for use and remain responsible for the final communication, professional obligations, and compliance with applicable law.
Call recording is not required to use the Service. If a customer enables recording or transcription, the customer must provide any legally required notice, obtain consent, and configure the feature for the jurisdictions and people involved.
7. Cookies, pixels, analytics, and session replay
The public website uses essential local storage to remember your privacy choice. Optional tools stay off until you choose to enable the relevant category:
- Analytics: Google Analytics measures visits and site usage. LogRocket helps diagnose usability and technical issues through session replay and performance data.
- Advertising: Google Ads and Meta Pixel measure campaigns and may associate website activity with advertising services.
When LogRocket is enabled, we configure it to mask form inputs and to exclude network request and response data and console logs. Session replay may still capture page layout, clicks, scrolling, navigation, device information, and performance events. Do not enter sensitive personal information into a field that does not request it.
You can accept, reject, or separately configure optional categories. You can return to these settings at any time. We also treat a supported Global Privacy Control signal as an opt-out of advertising tools.
8. Data ownership and model improvement
Customers retain ownership of Customer Data. Customers grant GoHouse the limited rights needed to host, copy, transmit, transform, and otherwise process Customer Data to provide, secure, support, and improve the contracted Service.
GoHouse does not use raw Customer Data, lead communications, call recordings, or transcripts to train a general-purpose AI model unless the customer gives separate written permission. We may use feedback and aggregated or deidentified operational information that does not reasonably identify a customer or individual to evaluate and improve workflows, safety, reliability, and product performance.
9. Retention and deletion
We retain information for the period reasonably needed to provide the Service, meet contractual commitments, support customer instructions, maintain security and audit records, comply with law, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Retention may vary by data type, customer configuration, contract, and legal requirement.
At the end of a pilot or subscription, Customer Data is returned or deleted as provided in the applicable agreement and subject to reasonable backup, legal-hold, security, and recordkeeping periods. Where feasible, backups are isolated from ordinary use and expire under our backup schedule. Aggregated or deidentified information may be retained when it can no longer reasonably identify a person or customer.
10. Security
We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information, including access controls, limited personnel access, service-provider review, encryption where appropriate, logging, and incident response procedures. No system can be guaranteed completely secure. Customers must protect credentials, configure access appropriately, and promptly report suspected unauthorized use.
11. Privacy rights and requests
Depending on where you live and subject to legal exceptions, you may have rights to know, access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of personal information; opt out of certain sales, sharing, targeted advertising, or profiling; limit certain uses of sensitive information; withdraw consent; and appeal a decision. We will not discriminate against you for exercising an applicable privacy right.
To make a request, email privacy@gohouse.ai. Describe the request and the relationship through which GoHouse received your information. We may need to verify your identity and authority. An authorized agent may submit a request where permitted by law.
If your information was provided by a GoHouse customer, that customer may be the appropriate party to handle the request. We will assist the customer as required by our agreement and applicable law.
12. Children and international use
The Service is commercial software and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13 through the public website.
GoHouse currently offers the Service for United States real estate operations. Information may be processed and stored in the United States and other locations where approved service providers operate. Customers must not use the Service in another jurisdiction unless their agreement and applicable law permit it.
13. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy to reflect changes in the Service, our data practices, or legal requirements. We will post the revised policy with a new effective date and provide additional notice when required. We will not use a policy update to materially expand the use of previously collected Customer Data for general-purpose AI model training without the permission described above.
